Refund & Return Policy

At Spersh, we want you to love what you feel. If your purchase isn’t a perfect fit, we are here to help. Please review our policy below for returns and refunds.

1. Return Window

You have [30] days from the date of delivery to return your items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and unwashed (we know you want to feel the fabric, but please avoid long-term wear).

• With original tags still attached.

• In its original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at refund@spersh.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

• Approved refunds: Will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within [5-10] business days.

• Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Intimates or bodysuits.

• Earrings or jewelry.

• Final Sale items (items marked "Sale" at the time of purchase).

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at refund@spersh.com so we can make it right.
